Reminders

This feature is useful for keeping track of Animals' birthdays, Animals' Vaccinations, Owners with payment balance , due expenses,follow up calls, important events and Reorder Products.

select Reminder from the Tools Menu.

Select Option Tab .

Check in Show On Start Up checkbox to view Reminder automatically when VeterinaryGate start up.

Check in play Sound to make sound when Reminder screen appear.

Click Save Changes Button.

Animals' Birth Date Reminder

Select Animals' Birth Date Tab to Show the today's Animals' birth date.

You can select the Owner and click Send Email Link .

You can Print the Existed Animals Birth Date list by clicking on Print Button.

Animals' Vaccination Reminder

Select Animals' Vaccination Tab to Show the today's Animals' Vaccinations.

You can Print the Existed Animals Vaccinations list by clicking on Print Button.

Invoice Due Reminder

Select Invoice Due Tab to Show the Owners that have invoices balance.

You can view the Total Balance in below Total Balance Field.

You can Print the Existed Invoices Due list by clicking on Print Button.

Expenses Due Reminder

Select Expenses Due Tab to Show the Unpaid and Advanced Expenses.

You can view the Total Unpaid and Total Advanced in below Unpaid and Advanced Fields.

You can print each one in separate report.

Follow Up Call Reminder

Select Follow Up Call Tab to show all Today's Owners Calls.

Print Button To Print the existing Follow Up Calls list.

Event Reminder

Select Events Tab to show all Today's Events.

Print Button To Print the existing Events list.

Reorder Reminder

Select Reorder Tab to show all Products that reached to reorder limit.

You can make a purchase order for the selected Product by clicking Order Now Button.

Print Button To Print the existing Reorder list.
