3. Doctors & Staff

Doctors & Staff is to enter all the details of Doctors and Other Staffs with their Designation and Specialty. Only Doctor Designation will appear in appointment Screen. Doctor Names will also appear in Animal File Screen.

To Add Doctors :

• Select the Doctor from Master Menu.
• Select Title,type First Name, Last Name, Designation, Specialty and Degree.
• Also you can add new Specialty by clicking on Add Icon and you can delete any Specialty by Select Specialty from drop down menu Specialty then clicking on Delete Icon. Also add new Designation by the last same way.
• Timing: is to set the working time for the clinic Starting Time, Closing time , Weekdays Off , Appointment interval and Break Hours.
• Click Save Button.

To Add Staffs:

• Select the Staff from Master Menu.
• Select Title,type First Name, Last Name, Designation, Specialty and Degree.
• Also you can add new Specialty by clicking on Add Icon and you can delete any Specialty by Select Specialty from drop down menu Specialty then clicking on Delete Icon. Also add new Designation by the last same way.
• Timing: is to set the working time for the clinic Starting Time, Closing time , Weekdays Off , Appointment interval and Break Hours.
• Click Save Button.
