Customer File

Customer File is to enter Customers Information. These Customers details will use for making Appointments in Appointment Screen, and also for making invoice for the Customer.

Adding New Customer

  1. Select the Customer File from Customers Menu.
  2. Add Name and all other details in the appropriate columns.
  3. If Person Type The First Name,Middle Name, Last Name, Sex, Title and Mobile ,Or Cmpany Type The Company Name and Contact Person Mobile Then select Designation ,Department and Business Field and for Internal Data select Employee are mandatory fields.
  4. Customer file ID will be created automatically or Manually according to your choice in Company Data Screen.
  5. Add Notes for the Customer.
  6. Click Save Button.

Edit Customer

  1. Select the Customer that you would like to edit by search with First Name, Last Name,Employee, Country, Grade, Type, Sales Leads, Business Field, Designation or Department , with select From Date .To Date .
  2. Select the Customer from the Customer list.
  3. Do the needful changes and press Edit Button to save the changes.

Delete Customers

When deleting any Customer, his Invoices will be deleted automatically.

1. Select the Customer from the Customer List given below.

2. Press Delete Button to Delete this Customer.

Clear Button:

To clear the screen for any action (Add , Edit or Delete)

Email Button:

Select the Customer that you want send email from the Customer List given below and click the Email Button to open default Email Program.


Search Customer

  1. Search for Customer with Name.
  2. Search for Customer with Employee Name.
  3. Search for Customer with Country.
  4. Search for Customer with Grade.
  5. Search for Customer with Type.
  6. Search for Customer with Sales Leads .
  7. Search for Customer with Business Field .
  8. Search for Customer with Designation.
  9. Search for Customer with Department.
  10. Search for Customer with Date.
  11. Can select any one or all together and click Search Button.

Print Customer Button (To print details for one Customer)

  1. Select the Customer that you would like to Print by search with First Name, Last Name,Employee, Country, Grade, Type, Sales Leads, Business Field, Designation or Department , with select From Date .To Date .
  2. Select the Customer from the Customer list.
  3. Click Print Customer to View/Print the Report.

Print List Button

  • Print List Button is used to Print the details of all Customers in list given below.
  • Notes CompanyGate Software allows you to print different types of Customized Reports:
  • Customer Report

    1. Select the Customer File from Customers Menu.
    2. You can see the list all of records in Customers List given below.
    3. Click on Print List Button to View/Print the Report.

    Customer Report by Customer Name

    1. Select the Customer File from Customers Menu.
    2. Type the Customer Name in Customer Text in Search.
    3. Click on Search Button.
    4. You can see the list of all records of particular Customer in Customers List given below.
    5. Click on Print List Button to View/Print the Report.

    Customer Report by Employee

    1. Select the Customer File from Customers Menu.
    2. Select the Employee Name from Employee drop down menu in Search.
    3. Click on Search Button.
    4. You can see the list of all records of particular Employee in Customers List given below.
    5. Click on Print List Button to View/Print the Report.

  • And the same for
    1. Customer Report by Country
    2. Customer Report by Grade.
    3. Customer Report by Type.
    4. Customer Report by Sales Leads.
    5. Customer Report by Business Field.
    6. Customer Report by Designation.
    7. Customer Report by Department.
  • Also You can print the Customer List Group By Employee,City, Sales Leads, Customer Type, Designation, Department or Grade.

Print Graph Button

There is some graphic reports show the ratio of count of Customers and all of the ( Business Field ,Grade and City) in specific duration.
