Departments

Departments is to enter Departments. These Departments will appear in all the screens, which contain the Charge & Employees Information.

   Adding New  Department

  1. Select the Departments from Master Menu.
  2. Type the Department Name.
  3. Click Save button.

   Edit Departments

  1. Select the name of Departments from the Departments list given below.
  2. Change the Department Name and press Edit Button to save the changes.

   Delete Departments

  1. Select the name of Departments from the Departments list given below.
  2. Press Delete Button    to delete the Department.

   Clear Button:

   To clear the screen for any action (Add , delete) to add new record.

   Print button:

   Click the Print Button to Print the all Departments are exists.
