Follow Up Calls

Follow up call Screen helps you to Add calls' Appointment, and Reminder Screen will remind befor the call appointment.

Adding New Follow Up Call

  1. Select the Follow Up Call from Appointments menu.
  2. Select Customer Name, Employee Name, Date,Time.
  3. Type Notes.
  4. Click Save Button to Add new Follow Up Call.

Edit Follow Up Call

  1. You can select the Customer in right Follow Up Call list.
  2. Click on the Customer Name from Follow Up Call that you would like to edit.
  3. Allow you to change the Customer Name, Date, Time, Employee.
  4. Press Edit Button to save the Changes.

Delete Button

  1. You can select the Customer in right Follow Up Call list.
  2. Click on the Customer Name from Follow Up Call that you would like to delete.
  3. Press Delete Button to save the Changes.

Clear Button

To clear the Screen and add new record or delete or perform any other action.

Print Button

To print the report contain the Follow Up Calls that is today.
