The Profit & Loss Equation

Net Profit =[Invoices(Total Value)] - [Expenses(Total Value) + Purchase Order (Total value)]

Total Value refer to Paid & Unpaid

Profit & Loss Report

1. Select the Profit & Loss from Report menu
2. Select From date & To date.
3. Select the Provider name from the Provider drop down to view the Profit & Loss Report for the particular Provider.
4. Select the All from the Provider drop down to view the Profit & Loss Report for all the Provider.
5. Click Print button to view the Profit & Loss Report.
6. Click Refresh button to refresh the screen.
