Customer Report

1. Select the Customer File from Customers Menu.
2. Click on Search Button in Search.
3. You can see the list all of records in Customers List given below.
4. Click on Print List Button to View/Print the Report.

Customer Report by Provider

1. Select the Customer File from Customers Menu.
2. Select the Provider Name from Provider drop down menu in Search.
3. Click on Search Button.
4. You can see the list of all records of particular Provider in Customers List given below.
5. Click on Print List Button to View/Print the Report.
   
   

Customer Report by Sex

1. Select the Customer File from Customers Menu.
2. Select the Sex from Sex drop down menu in Search.
3. Click on Search Button.
4. You can see the list of all records of particular Provider in Customers List given below.
5. Click on Print List Button to View/Print the Report.
   

Customer Report by Country

1. Select the Customer File from Customers Menu.
2. Select the Country from country drop down menu in Search.
3. Click on Search Button.
4. You can see the list of all records of particular country in Customers List given below.
5. Click on Print List Button to View/Print the Report.

All the above reports can group by Provider,Nationality or Referral.
