Follow up call Screen helps you to Add calls' Appointment, and Reminder Screen will remind before the call appointment.
Adding New Follow Up Call
- Select the Follow Up Call from Appointments
menu.
- Type the Customer Name or Mobile or File# in Customer field and Customers list will be appear then select the require one. Select Provider Name, Date,Time.
- Type Notes.
- Click Save Button to Add new Follow Up Call.

Edit Follow Up Call
- You can select the Customer in right Follow Up Call list.
- Click on the Customer Name from Follow Up Call that you would like to edit.
- Allow you to change the Customer Name, Date,
Time, Provider.
- Press Edit Button to save the Changes.
Delete Button
- You can select the Customer in right Follow Up Call list.
- Click on the Customer Name from Follow Up Call that you would like to delete.
- Press Delete Button to save the Changes.
Clear Button
To clear the Screen and add new record or delete or perform any other action.
Print Button
To print the report contain the Follow Up Calls that is today.
